Both feeling pretty shattered after racing around for the last 3 weeks, so decided to have a quiet day. Up late, breakfast late then across the road to the Castel dell'Ovo, lovely castle/village. Then walked along the seaside path & up some streets into a huge plaza, school band playing 'I feel good' & 'Smoke on the water'. Some back streets and lanes bought us to the top of the hill behind the hotel & trapped by 2 arguing dogs, doberman and rottweiler, not fun. Zigzag down a really narrow lane overlooking the sea, tiny houses on every level & back to the hotel. Mandy went on 'charge' while I did some work, then out for a lovely dinner. Tomorrow the Amalfi Coast.
