Mandy's Birthday

Well it's Mandy's birthday and I'm in the Hunter Valley at Hope Estate Winery site managing the John Farnham concert here tonight. Mandy is coming back from Wollongong after a work conference for the last 3 days. Says it was great and they had Wayne Pearce as the guest motivational speaker. He was apparently really good.
MAndy won't be coming up to the show, some friends of our from the Club, Dave & Connie, are going to look after her with a BBQ at their place with other friends, Stuart & Bernie, so no doubt she'll have a great & messy night with them.
Anyway, have to get back to work, check out the photos and I'll try to post more tomorrow from the show.

Wow a blog... how exciting.. why did I not know this was here!!!

Now Mandy... it would be ever so helpful if you could just ring me on your birthday so I get the date right!!!

But Hey, I was early this year and not everyone gets to hear my stupendous singing ... so you should feel most honoured!

One day I will get both yours and Caro's birthdays right :-)

It is holiday time again... yippeee...the icecream terroists have descended on Noosa...ankles are being bashed daily by triathletes with push chairs, pregnant women seem to have emerged from the primordial soup and swan endlessly up and down the street... amazing where do they all come from ... I am telling you there is a baby boom on!!!

I have just got in from walking through the National Park ... we have had the most beautiful spring weather.. hot breezy days, warm balmy nights. I looked up as I turned the bend in the trail and was rewarded with a glimpse of Blinky Bill ...just sitting there doing nothing of course but gorgeous tufts of white fluffy hair sticking out where his ears would be ... no hope of a bloody cuddle naturally!

Last week I was standing at Hells Gates trying to catch my breath after trecking up Noosa Hill wondering why after 20 years of staring out to sea I have never seen a sodding whale... when one breached right there in front of me... blew me away... nearly fell of the cliff face!!!

AND

Finally, Brian's solicitor sent me a discovery letter in preparation for mediation of a property settlement... hums a few bars of "At Last", Etta James style and smiles brightly.

SOOO HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAND X o X

And Ian I love your blog xxx
